Visitors are welcome to visit by appointment, or arrangements can be made for fish to be sent on an overnight courier.
Videos of fish being purchased are available on request, which means you can choose each fish before you order.
Delivery guarantee
At Malawi Cichlids UK we take great care to ensure all fish are healthy and securely packaged for transit, such as all fish double bagged, 100% Oxygen in each bag along with cardboard covered poly-boxes to ensure minimal heat loss. Fish leave us at 3pm and are sent by courier for next day delivery before 1pm.
With such care taken, it is unlikely that you receive a Dead on Arrival (DOA) fish, but if you do please contact us immediately.
To process a claim, we require video or photographic evidence of the fish in the unopened bag. Once received and verified, we will either issue a full refund for the affected fish, or add replacement fish to your next order.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any losses once the fish have been placed into your own tank. We strongly recommend conducting appropriate research before purchasing Malawi Cichlids (see our care guide) to ensure your tank conditions are suitable.
Please note that, due to courier costs, delivery charges are non-refundable.
